Nowhere to hide. 

Nowadays we all are viewed by the government. I don't even speak about our social networks, like Facebook or Twitter. It's all about cameras. These little imperceptible things, that watch over you in magazines, cafés, on the streets... They are everywhere. So, what about privacy? 
I don't like these cameras, really. I mean, I feel uncomfortable, when I know, that someone looks over me. In fact, I don't think about it every time, when I go somewhere. But if I see the camera... It makes me nervous. 
I think, we can't prevent it. Cameras are useful for shops, for example, to look over the food and other stuff. And when I see a camera on the house's wall, I know, that it can defend somebody or can record something unusual on the streets, murder, for example. 
One friend of mine sang me a song "Every Breath You Take". There were some words in it: 
"Every breath you take  
Every move you make  
Every bond you break  
Every step you take  I`ll be watching you" 
Man, it's just like secret cameras' motto!
Seriously, all what we make can be recorded and viewed by the secret cameras. Have you ever seen such videos in YouTube? I mean those ones, where people don't know that they are observed, so, they do something unexpected. There are a lot of funny occasions and a lot of interesting things. But, you know, if I find a video with me, I'll become bit paranoid. 
Yesterday I saw a program on Internet. This program is from Germany. The name of it is "Verstehen Sie Spaß?" (Do you understand the humor?). It's a comedy program, where the leader fools people, they believe, and it all is recorded by the secret camera. This show is funny, but, I don't sure, that all people, that were in it, are happy to be recorded. 
Where to hide? Well, somewhere in parks, I think. All cities are full of cameras, there is nowhere to hide more. Only parks and forests. That's my opinion. And what is yours?

Internet and privacy
Hello my friends, today I am going to write about the internet and privacy. Nowadays as we all know the internet is a huge resource of information which helps people to get any information and communicate between each other. This is a good sides of the using the internet but quite a lot of people do not know that the internet can be very dangerous for people who like to share their life with others. People who post photos of him/her self or might with a member of family, or write their real phone number and address do not even think that it's basically can play against their own.
For example you are a student and you post some photos with an alcohol and cigarets. Then when you finished the university, you go to find a job in the company but the company may use this information, your online reputation to gauge your suitability for a job, and I'm sure they will tell you no. Do you want this?

Also for all people who work on the internet would be much easier to find you and all information about you, your family, friends.

To protect your privacy online you should:
- have a long password of your account and do no tell anyone (even to friends). Also change your password immediately if you think that someone might know it.
- not post any photos of your life and not write your phone number or address
- avoid the strange websites and never give your details if you are not sure that is a good and reliable website.

That all things which will help you to be protected!

Your privacy on social networks and on the Internet in general

Social networks are very popular nowadays. Many people spend more than 8 hours a day on it. One of the most popular networks is Facebook. It seems that on Facebook and other social networks your privacy is absolutely safe and nothing can be dangerous for you. But this article will give you much more opportunities to look inside this network and to change your view on it.
There is too many information on Facebook and sometimes it can burst in your life. If you like to add photos from parties and events that sometimes are not decent, do you want your employer or school administrator to see it? Remember, that if your photos are open then everyone can watch, save and send them. Often employers check web sites which their future employees use. Also your parents, school administrators and other important people can accidentally find your profile and be unpleasantly surprised.
Moreover, if you leave your personal information open you can be found by scammers, thieves, your enemies and etc. If you don’t want to face with these accidents you should always be sure that your telephone number, e-mail, address and other personal things are open only for friends. Be careful with viewability of your photos and videos. Turn off the location feature if you don’t want people to find you anywhere. Change your passwords once a month or twice a month. Don’t use the same passwords in other networks, especially, the same with Facebook.
The whole Internet is not safe as you can think. I reviewed only a small part of it – social networks, and took Facebook as an example of well-known networks. But you should pay attention to the whole Internet and to your privacy on it. Remember, that there are «cookies» – files that save your web-story, that follow you everywhere on the Internet and sometimes are used by hackers to get your private information. If you want to avoid violations of your privacy, you can follow my ideas:
• Check web-sites and links carefully if you want to register on them or just want to switch to another site that has strange reputation, and if you do want to register there you must set a very difficult password, especially, when you use there your private personal information.
• Pay attention to files that you download. Often they are full of viruses.
• Set strong different passwords for sites and social networks and change them as often as you can.
• Don’t visit «pirate» sites.
• Use only proven network connection (not public wi-fi in cafe or subway).
• Be careful with privacy settings and don’t ignore them.
If you'll follow my ideas you can avoid disturbance of your privacy on the Internet. Thank you for attention and don't forget that people on the Internet are always watching you and searching approaches to deceive.

Does the privacy on the Internet exist? And if it does, do we really need it?

Nowadays, when the Internet is so wide spread, that we can’t live without it, the issue of privacy on the Internet is extremely important. An average internet user supposes, that nobody can use his personal data except posted by himself in the social networks. However, it’s completely not true. Your provider can get all your User History, majority of sites use cookies, that collect information about you, your interests, purchases, friends etc., your phone collects information about your movements – we can continue this list for a long time. So, the only way to maintain privacy is not to use the internet at all (of course, you can try to use TOR browser, but even it isn’t completely anonymous, as its creators claim). 

But the problem is – do we really need anonymity and privacy on the Internet? Of course, random people shouldn’t get your personal data (just don’t post a lot about yourself), but analysis of your data (big data analysis) by such companies, as Google, Facebook or Amazon can really improve your activity on the Internet – they can advise you, what to buy, which film to watch, find more relevant information for you in a search engine, and so on. And the more data is received, the better are mechanism for analyzing it – the greater our life can be. As the founder of Google said, the Internet will soon be everywhere. So, maybe it really can really our life?
But, there is another questions – to which extent can companies use our data? Who has access to it? Should the law at all admit it? If all this aspects are mentioned in the law, in my opinion, they could do it, because, if it's improving our activity on the internet now, why can't it improve our life in future?

Hello, my fellow blogers. Nowadays, Internet is a part of almost everyone's daily routine. I constantly encounter my friends checking the news and their in-boxes. People get so involved with the virtual-social world, that they post quite a lot of personal information on the web-sites like: Facebook, Instagram. But unfortunately, there is no place in the internet, to which you can not get any possible access. Plenty of hackers are constantly deceiving people all around the world. There is only one measure, which the Internet users could apply in order to feel safe. And it is to set have strict privacy rules. Here is a set of guidelines, which might help some to protect their online-personal space:

• Always log out of your profiles, after a session
• Do not give your details to anyone
• Don not answer to fake accounts
• Set your privacy policy 
• Do not post to much information
• Create a tricky password, which only you would know
• Do not add to your friends list random people, if they look friendly enough, try to chat first
• Stay put, don't just open strange web sites. Check them with your anti-virus programme 

I hope, this will help some people, to protect they privacy on-line.

Influence of modern technologies on our privacy: whether it is a good thing or not?

Today we all live in the 21st century and whatever the kind of news it is we anyway have to adapt to modern technologies in order to be competitive towards each other. It makes us clash with the question «In which way do these technologies affect our today’s lives?» and in particular «In which way do these technologies affect our privacy?». I have been considering this issue for a while and here is my understanding of it.

The answer which I came to is «Yes, modern technologies definitely limit our privacy but it would be naive to think that these limitations are unambiguously bad thing especially in terms of liberty». Hence my proposition arose, in few words it is «The problem is outside of technologies themselves, it primarily in those who handle them». At this very point I want to clarify that I’m not going to argue against evident existence of influence of modern technologies on our privacy but I’m going to show that this influence can be both a good and bad thing.

One good example where it is ambiguous whether the influence of modern technologies on our privacy is a bad thing in terms of our life in whole or not is mass media. Actually the issue of mass media is an extremely large topic but I consider it to be enough just to provide here several examples. At first, it is evident that journalists invade in privacy of many celebrities but at the same time it has become impossible just to suppress outcries among the population in the way as it was, say, in 19th century and Euromaidan is one of many confirmations to this position.

Another example is payments made with credit card which are very popular today within developed countries. The problem there is that banks have entire information about my payments and may give it to somebody else who I possibly don’t want to have such an information. But at the same time it prevents tax evasions and eliminates underworld market with drug industry, arms traffic and prostitution.

The last example is microchips embedded into shop stuff which practically eliminate shoplifting and provoke apprehensions of customers being tracked.

In fact there are lots of other examples such as tapping your phone talks, a great deal of cameras everywhere, safety of correspondence and other stuff like that but all of them are about the same problem which is «How to prevent abuse of modern technologies by people who may be interested in that?». I’m sure that there are many possible solutions but one of them is certainly legislative restrictions which you may successfully apply to every of provided examples.

The final conclusion which I have come to is «Don’t be afraid of changes in the century of changes». So I hope you will come to the same conclusion.

Privacy

Why should I worry about privacy and security? I've got nothing to hide. These are things that most people think. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram... Privacy on the Internet is very important problem nowadays and many people suffer from it. If you want to keep your privacy and be protected from breaking the reputation, you should follow some useful rules. For example, not to share your private photos. Your enemies can use it against you! Also be careful with strangers online. Try not to chat with them, they can be dangerous. May be they want to steal your money or find out where do you live. Do not tell them your personal information and information about your family and friends. Also, you have to change your passwords very often to protect the account.

For celebrities it is very difficult to keep privacy, because there are many people, who want to break their reputation, know more about celebrities' private life. On the Internet there are always a lot of photos and videos of famous people, however sometimes it even helps them to increase their popularity. 

Personally, I wouldn't recommend you to have online money. It can be easily stolen, it isn't safe enough. 

In conclusion I would like to add, that everybody have to be very careful with the information online. Safety - is a really important question.

Have you ever felt that your Facebook "private" profile isn't that private anymore? In 21st century privacy has much more value than it was before. Back then you didn't have to hide your pictures or posts from people you aren't familiar with. I would say we had an excess of privacy, we didn't know where to lose it. If you wanted to share something with your friends or people, you had to go and verbally tell them that, and it was up to you to whom to say it and from whom to hide it. However nowadays once you have posted something online, its like not yours anymore, but public. Are you ok with it?

You see, with all them posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr and etc. we have all gave up our private life, or did we? By connecting to more and more social networks we becoming more social, you would say. We can chat with friends, like and comment on their pictures and posts. But what did we miss on? Or what was taken from us? Our personal profile information, our pictures and posts can be seen by everyone. 

Alright, you have an Instagram account and you have put it on private so only people you know can see your posts. However knowing your account name for a random person is enough to see what kind of pictures you have. You can make an experiment yourself. Go to Google.com/images and search for this: "Instagram (put your Instagram account name here)". And voila, you see your posts, even though your Instagram is on private mode.

There such thing that we all heard about and its called "Privacy Policy". Do you know what's in there? Have you ever read one? I don't think so. Its a simple agreement between us and social networks that we all have unintentionaly agreed on. And once you have posted something online, thats it, its stays there, even when you have deleted your account, copies of your information will remain in the internet.

At the end of the day social networks is not all about loosing privacy, we use it to keep in touch with our friends and family, to promote social movements and business, to get to know some interesting public figures and celebrities. Its up to you to decide if it's bad or good to have your profile info and posts revealed to the world. Also its up to you to care about other people opinions on your way of life, passions and interests. You decide whether it's worth the trade off, but I think its fair to state that more or less we all have lost our privacy, did we?

Hello,everyone!Today I want to tell you about privacy on the Internet and give you some advices how to protect your photos from other people.

Nowadays it is hard to imagine our life without Internet and especially without social networks.Almost every person in our society has their own accounts where they are posting there photos,notes,music and etc.We all do it by ourselves and always know everything about our account.It is very important to know does it private or not because if it is public every person can see your photos.As for me,I always really worry about my account because I post a lot of photos with my family and it doesn't look good if someone who I doesn't know will see it.

Most of people are lucky that no body else interested in their life.Popular stars,celebrities,politicians should always look after paparazzi which are always taking photos of them.In our time it is really easy to destroy someone's reputation or just make around the person different gossips by using Internet and especially posting photos.It is very popular among journalist to use family photos or photos which are showing private life and etc.

According to these I really recommend you to make all your accounts private to protect yourself and family from different scandals.

Hi everyone, and here is some information about the behaviour on the internet. Actually, there is a lot of other ways, which you can provoke with. So you could be hacked. But behaviour makes a good effort to not be hacked.

• Another threat on internet may be bullying. Cyber-bullying is very popular  nowadays. You could be hacked once or twice, not so many times as bully could wright you a message.
• Here is a set of guidelines that may help:
• If you were bullied by somebody copy what the bully wrote and save it. Even better, make a print screen of the page that contains threats.
• Show the bully's words to your parents or teachers and report them to the website.
• If you receive an insulting or threatening message, don't reply. If you threaten the bulllies back, you could be in trouble too.
• "De-friend" anyone who writes nasty comments to you. Look for the blocking option buttons on the website.
• And the most effective way is to change your page or just delete it, and than create a new one.

All about bullying is serious because people are searching for psycho-weak people. First they text you fast and of course anonymously. They want to know do you mind of information you have online. Than it turns to hacking and publishing intimate information. Also try to minimize posts about yourself. About your mood, vacation, relatinships. That could attract objectionable people.
